Enzo does GREAT work! I need to apologize for an erroneous review I recently gave Enzo's Shoe Repair. I forgot that I had taken 2 matching leather belts in to Enzo to adjust the length. One for me and another 'matching belt' for my son. When I got home and looked at one of the belts, tried it on, I discovered it was way too small for me. I thought THEY had made a mistake. I WAS THE ONE THAT MADE A MISTAKE. I had forgotten that the belt I was trying on was NOT MY BELT. I had taken my son's belt to Enzo as well. It was my son's belt I was trying on. The bottom line. I'm the one with mud on my face. I'm the one that made a mistake. Enzo, you do GREAT work! My sincerest apologies.

Enzo's does great work! High quality leather repair. I've had them do shoe repair for me and recently a couple of belts for my son and I. I couldn't be more pleased. I would highly recommend them for all your leather repair.

Ive tried another shoe repair in Bluffton and was not impressed at all with the results. That was not the case with my experience at Enzos. My order was ready within days. The quality of work was impressive. The price was reasonable. I did not show up with cash or check which is what they except. They were very kind about my mistake and let me send a check. Excellent customer service!! I will be back, and I will recommend this shop to others.

This is by far the most amazing shoe repair place I have ever had the oppoetunity to use! I had previously visited multiple cobblers with the hopes of repairing my favorite sandals. I was turned down in every store, each telling me that my request was impossible. I brought my shoes into Enzo's as one last ditch effort. I was met behind the counter my a woman named Lorena. She could not have been more pleasant and agreed to attemp to repair them. She stated that it would take about a week. I was planning on leaving the island in a few days and I had planned to have them shipped home. Not only did she complete them in one day, but she transformed a beat-up, ten-year-old pair of sandals into a beautiful pair of shoes that looked as though they were brand new! I'm not sure how she was able to accomplish this feat...she is truly an artist! Next time I am headed to the island, I'm planning on bringing as many shoes and belts as I can pack in the car. Thank you SO much Lorena and Carlos!!

I, too, had the same experience! When I brought it to his attention, he said that he was Italian. I had just been through a family tragedy and wasn't accepting his attitude. He did apologize to me.
